betpro id Terms and Conditions — Rules, Rights and Responsibilities for All Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and betpro id ("betpro id", "we", "us", "the Platform"), which operates the online gaming and sports betting services available at betproid.ws. By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet at betpro id, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all of the terms set out below. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

betpro id is designed for entertainment purposes and is operated in accordance with its licensing obligations. These Terms apply to all products and services offered through betproid.ws, including sports betting, live casino, slots, card games, baccarat and fishing games. They apply in addition to any individual game rules or promotional terms that may be displayed elsewhere on the platform.

By accessing betproid.ws in any form — whether through a browser on your phone, tablet or desktop — you enter into a binding agreement with betpro id. These Terms govern everything from account creation to bet settlement and from bonus eligibility to withdrawal processing.

betpro id reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice, although we will always endeavour to communicate significant changes to registered players. Continued use of betpro id after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The games and services available at betpro id are provided on an "as is" basis. We work hard to maintain platform uptime and game availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from temporary service outages, maintenance windows or technical issues outside our control.

• These Terms are available in English (en-PK) and this version governs all disputes.
• betpro id may have specific terms for individual promotions, VIP programmes or game categories — those terms apply alongside these general Terms, not instead of them.
• All monetary amounts referenced in these Terms and across the betpro id platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To register and use betpro id, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. betpro id operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and any winnings will be voided pending age verification.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Single account: You must not hold more than one active betpro id account. If you have previously had an account that was closed or suspended, you must obtain our written permission before creating a new account.
• Own identity: You must register using your own real name, identity and payment methods. Registering on behalf of another person or using another person's identity documents is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Not on exclusion lists: You must not have voluntarily excluded yourself from betpro id or any other gambling operator, and must not be on any exclusion list maintained by betpro id.

When you register at betpro id, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address and mobile phone number. You agree to keep this information current and to update it if anything changes.

betpro id operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and financial compliance obligations. As part of this process, we may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age or payment method. Documents commonly requested include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a recent utility bill for address verification, or a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your registered mobile number.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal requests. betpro id takes no responsibility for delays in payout that result from a player's failure to complete KYC in a timely manner.

• Registration is free. betpro id does not charge any account creation or maintenance fees.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your betpro id login credentials.
• Do not share your password with anyone. betpro id staff will never ask for your password via any channel.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password.

betpro id accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR and there are no currency conversion fees at any stage.

The minimum deposit at betpro id is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although betpro id reserves the right to apply additional verification checks for unusually large single deposits.

Deposits made to betpro id must come from a payment account or card that belongs to you and is registered in your name. Third-party deposits — where someone else's payment method is used to fund your betpro id account — are not permitted and will result in the deposit being returned and the account being reviewed for potential suspension.

• betpro id does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered at all may be subject to a verification review before withdrawal.
• betpro id is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

betpro id is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. Standard withdrawal requests are processed to Easypaisa and JazzCash within 30 to 60 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals follow a similar timeline. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within 2 to 4 hours on business days. VIP account holders from Gold tier and above receive priority processing.

The minimum withdrawal amount at betpro id is Rs 500. There are no withdrawal fees charged by the platform. Any charges applied by the receiving bank or mobile wallet provider are outside betpro id's control and will not be reimbursed.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have previously been used to deposit into the same betpro id account. This measure protects all players against fraudulent withdrawal requests.
• betpro id may request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of previous verification history. This is standard practice and is not intended to cause unnecessary delay.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds require the applicable wagering requirement to be fully completed before the request will be processed.
• Winnings derived from bets placed using bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement are classified as bonus winnings and are subject to the same wagering requirement as the original bonus.

betpro id offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply across all betpro id promotions:

• One bonus per player per promotion: You may not claim the same promotion more than once, regardless of whether you use multiple accounts, devices or payment methods.
• Wagering requirements: Most betpro id bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g. ×20 means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times before withdrawal). The specific multiplier for each offer is stated on the promotion page.
• Eligible games: Not all games at betpro id contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%–20% and some game categories may not contribute at all. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Bonus expiry: All betpro id bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance that has not been wagered within the specified time period will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• Abuse prevention: betpro id monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent, exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting and coordinating with other players to claim referral bonuses fraudulently. Accounts found to be abusing bonus systems will have bonuses voided and may be suspended.

All bets placed at betpro id are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for checking your bet details — including stake, selection and odds — before confirming. betpro id is not obligated to cancel or amend a confirmed bet at a player's request, except in circumstances where a clear technical error has occurred on our platform.

For sports betting, betpro id reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: events being cancelled, abandoned or rescheduled; obvious pricing errors; results that cannot be confirmed through official sources; or where betpro id has reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of an event.

For casino games, including live dealer titles, game outcomes are final as recorded by the game server or the dealer's ruling in a live studio. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the game outcome will be determined by the server record at the time of disconnection. betpro id will credit any funds owed to your account within 24 hours of a confirmed disconnection dispute being raised.

• betpro id sets maximum bet limits per game and per event. These are displayed within each game or betting market.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by game and are clearly displayed before confirmation.
• Where a bet is placed on an incorrect market due to a display error on betpro id's part, we will honour bets where the error was not reasonably obvious to the player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at betpro id and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with betpro id games or betting markets.
• Any form of collusion between players in poker, live casino or any other competitive game format on the platform.
• Match fixing, insider betting or placing bets based on non-public information on sports events.
• Using the betpro id platform to launder money or to process any financial transaction connected to illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, circumvent account restrictions or exploit any system on the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches or pricing errors in a systematic way rather than reporting them to betpro id support.
• Sharing your betpro id account credentials with any other person, whether for commercial purposes or otherwise.
• Using a VPN, proxy or other technology to misrepresent your location when accessing betpro id.

betpro id takes responsible gaming seriously and this is reflected in the tools and policies embedded within the platform. Gaming should always remain a form of entertainment. If it stops feeling that way, help is available through the tools in your betpro id account and through our support team.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered betpro id players at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Receive a notification when your session has reached a defined duration.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and your net gaming position during the session.
• Self-exclusion: Request a self-exclusion of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year or indefinite. During self-exclusion, your account is locked and you will not receive any marketing communications from betpro id. Accounts under self-exclusion cannot be reopened before the exclusion period ends.

betpro id collects and processes personal data as part of account registration, KYC verification, payment processing and general platform operation. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at betproid.ws/privacy-policy.

By registering at betpro id, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. These purposes include account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support and where you have opted in, marketing communications.

• betpro id does not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes.
• All betpro id sessions and financial transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
• You may request a copy of the personal data held about you or request its deletion (subject to legal retention obligations) by contacting support@betproid.ws.

betpro id reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• A player has breached any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• The registration information provided was false, incomplete or misleading.
• A player is engaged in any of the Prohibited Activities listed in Section 8.
• The account is involved in suspected money laundering or other financial crime.
• A player has charged back a deposit made to betpro id without first raising the issue through our support process.
• Continuing to operate the account poses a risk to betpro id, other players or third parties.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, betpro id will endeavour to communicate the reason for the suspension and the expected timeline for resolution within 5 business days. Any real-money balance in a suspended account that is determined to have been legitimately earned and not connected to a breach will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may also voluntarily close their betpro id account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified real-money balance will be paid out within standard processing times following the closure request, subject to any pending KYC requirements being fulfilled.

betpro id may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the betproid.ws homepage, at least 7 days before the changes take effect where the changes could materially affect player rights or obligations.

For minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause or additions of new game categories with their own specific terms — betpro id may update these Terms without prior individual notification. The updated date shown at the top of this page will reflect when the most recent update was applied.

If you disagree with any changes to these Terms, you should stop using betpro id and contact our support team to close your account before the effective date of the changes. Continuing to use betpro id after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
